Elween believes financial data should work for you, not against you.

This Privacy Policy explains how Elween Inc. (“Elween,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores and shares personal information when you visit elween.com, use our calculators or simulations, join our waitlist, communicate with us or participate in an Elween beta experience.

1. Information we collect

The information we collect depends on how you interact with Elween.

Information you provide

When you use an Elween calculator, simulation, waitlist or other feature, you may provide information including:

• financial assumptions or preferences you enter;

• responses you provide during an Elween experience;

When you visit our website, Elween and its service providers may automatically receive technical information such as:

• approximate location derived from IP address;

• pages viewed;

2. Information we do not need from you

The current Elween website and retirement calculator do not require you to provide banking credentials, payment-card numbers, government identification documents or account passwords.

Please do not submit this information unless an Elween service specifically requests it through a secure process designed for that purpose.

Future Elween financial products may require additional information. Where appropriate, those products will have additional privacy disclosures explaining how that information is processed.

3. How we use your information

We may use personal information to:

• operate and provide the Elween website;

• run financial calculators and simulations you request;

• generate your estimated results;

• allow you to join the Elween waitlist;

• communicate with you about Elween;

• provide beta or early access;

We may process information when necessary to provide a calculator, simulation, result, waitlist registration or other service you request.

Elween does not sell your personal information.

We do not use the financial information you submit to the Elween calculator — such as your income, age, savings rate or calculated retirement projections — to provide third parties with targeted advertising about you.

If our practices materially change in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any choices or consent mechanisms required by applicable law.

7. Artificial intelligence and automated processing

Elween may use algorithms, statistical models, artificial intelligence and automated systems to analyze information and generate financial simulations or projections.

For example, an Elween system may use the information you submit to estimate a potential retirement age or contribution capacity.

These calculations are automated, but the website’s current calculator does not make decisions that produce legal effects or similarly significant effects concerning you.

Calculator outputs are informational estimates.

If Elween later introduces automated systems that make legally or similarly significant decisions — such as decisions concerning credit eligibility or access to regulated financial products — we will provide additional disclosures and protections where required by law.

8. How we share information

We may disclose personal information only where reasonably necessary to operate Elween.

This may include sharing information with service providers that help us with:

• website hosting and infrastructure;

Framer

The current Elween website is built and hosted using Framer, operated by Framer B.V.

Framer may process technical information and other website data on Elween’s behalf in connection with hosting and operating the website.

Corporate transactions

If Elween is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets or similar corporate transaction, personal information may be disclosed to relevant parties as part of that process, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal protections.

Legal and safety requirements

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to:

Waitlist and marketing information

Where applicable, information relating to prospective users may generally be retained for up to three years from your last meaningful interaction with Elween, unless you withdraw your consent or request deletion earlier and no legal reason requires us to retain it.

If you unsubscribe, we may retain limited information necessary to ensure that your preference not to receive marketing is respected.

Calculator information

Information used to provide financial calculations or simulations will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the requested experience, operate and improve the Services, handle user requests and protect our legitimate interests.

Where identifiable calculator information is no longer necessary, we may delete or anonymize it.

Technical and security information

Technical logs and security information may be retained for a reasonable period appropriate to security, fraud prevention, troubleshooting and infrastructure requirements.

Legal obligations

Certain information may be retained for longer where required to comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce agreements or establish or defend legal claims.

When information is no longer required, we will delete, anonymize or otherwise securely dispose of it where reasonably practicable.

Elween Inc. is based in the United States.

As a result, information you provide to Elween may be processed or stored in the United States or in other countries where our service providers operate.
